My name is Bridget and I am a Michigan transplant who came to Chicago for college and never left. I find Chicago to be an absolutely wonderful city with a plethora of great people and places. However, with so many interesting restaurants, wine bars, coffee shops and other venues populating the city of Chicago, choosing a place to go can be a dizzying prospect.
Everyone knows about Giordano’s, The Cheesecake Factory, Morton’s, etc. but what if you have a hankering to experience the epicurean gems known exclusively to Chicagoans? That’s where I come in. The places I frequent tend to be independent, off the beaten path and often quite fabulous and I’m excited to start revealing these “hidden” spots to you!
