I hail from Minnesota but have lived in Los Angeles for 15 years. Born and bred on meat and potatoes, I segued into the world of vegetarianism almost 12 years ago. I still very occasionally eat fish but not without some guilt!
Eating, cooking and baking were big in my house growing up. The gene to cook and bake sort of skipped a generation with me but the eating part, well, it’s one of my favorite things to do.
I hope I can add to this great site with my various eating adventures while adding a bit of humor to it as well.
